How do you make your teeth stronger aside from brushing & keeping them clean or avoid sweet/acid food?
Just as exercising make your body fit and strong howabout teeth?How do you make them grow stronger?
I know the teeth’s enamel is slowly eroded by bacteria’s acid or acidic food.
Can you excercise your teeth and by that will it make stronger? How?
No real “exercise” for teeth. Just try to keep your gums healthy and the teeth decay free with brushing, flossing, eating healthy foods and regular visits to your dentist.
